At SEHBAC we take pride in the detail and care given when constructing your Conservatory. So it is important that every aspect of the project is covered and that you are aware of the vast options that you can choose from.

Roof Glazing & Other Options

With several different options available for the glazing in your roof, it is important that you know what types are available and what benefits each option has. So you can make the right choice for you.

Polycarbonate: This option is the most cost effective form of roof glazing and is a popular choice. With clear, bronze and opal colours all available, you can pick the colour that is right for you.

Tec-Sun: Much like polycarbonate in appearance, inserts into this material mean it will insulate better than regular polycarbonate but is more cost efficient than glass.

Glass: The glass option lets more light into your conservatory whilst remaining efficient in insulation. You can choose between Blue, Clear and Bronze tints.

Pilkington Activ™ - Self Cleaning Glass: This glass is blue tinted and insulates very well, letting plenty of light in and also contains the benefit of self-cleaning which is also available on all our frame glass.

While choosing the glazing that is right for you, be aware that SEHBAC also offers the option to have manual roof vents which come supplied with poles, or an electric vent version with rain sensors, so you need not worry if it rains while you are out. The Roof Vents allow for great ventilation to your Conservatory and can also allow more light in if you are having a darker roof glazing option.

Heating

Keeping your new Conservatory to your preferred temperature is important, and with the options available from SEHBAC it’s a breeze.

We can offer to supply and install 1.5kw heaters in your conservatory from one of our experienced and qualified electricians. These look great in any room and offer brilliant heating options.

Many SEHBAC customer’s choose to have our under floor heating installed while we are constructing the Conservatory. This is a great way to ensure your room is kept warm, even during those frosty winter mornings.

Fans

It is also a good idea to consider having a beautiful SEHBAC fan and light cluster fixed to the ridge of your conservatory. This offers great ventilation while turned on and supplies the whole area with light, allowing use of your conservatory whenever you want.

Complete Construction

At SEHBAC we aim to meet your needs, so we have many skilled tradesmen available to make your dream Conservatory a reality. We can plaster the internal walls of your new Conservatory, or the house walls we are building on to. We can even match any external render that you may require.

Any plumbing work that has to be undertaken can also be completed, ensuring that you need not worry about a thing when you buy your Conservatory from SEHBAC. You can feel assured that we will undertake the whole job and schedule it in at convenient times for you.

Hardware

We are constantly monitoring all available hardware options, to ensure we are using the most secure and durable locks available, keeping your Conservatory and home safe. As always, your security is our priority.
