The full installation process

1. Our professional sales consultants will listen to your requirements and offer expert advice and recommendations from our vast range of replacement windows. Once an order is placed, each window design is clearly drawn on the order form along with the specification.
2. Our technical surveyor will be passed a copy of your order and will then contact you to arrange a convenient appointment. During his visit the surveyor will confirm the detail of the order and take accurate measurements for manufacture. He will also be on hand to answer any technical queries you may have with regard to the window designs, regulations or installation.
3. The survey details are sent electronically to our 'state of the art' manufacturing facility where your new windows are made exactly to the surveyors specification to fit your property perfectly.
4. Our Installation Department will then arrange a convenient date for the windows to be fitted. Our highly experienced and courteous installers will arrive in a sign written SEHBAC installation van and will introduce themselves. Our installation and survey procedure has received the British Standard Kitemark BS 8213 so you can rest assured that all our installations are completed to the highest standard.
5. Upon completion our Installers will explain and ensure you are completely familiar with the operation of the new windows and window accessories (e.g locks and handles). They will also leave a customer questionnaire for your valuable comment.
