"I am writing to you in order to bring to your attention the fantastic customer service I received from one of your employees, Gemma Pugh. As an existing customer of SEHBAC (We had a conservatory, two new windows and a door fitted by yourselves in 2007) we decided that we needed a new front door and chose a composite door in Red. I realised that I needed to match the colour of the new door to my garage door.

I called your 0800 number yesterday – 17th February and spoke to Gemma to see if SEHBAC had paint of this colour or a sample in order for me to match. She was very helpful and went through to another department for advice and then had to phone elsewhere. She said that she would let me know what was happening, just out of courtesy.

Today she left a message with my colleague to call her back, which I did. She has managed to track down a sample which is being sent to me so that I can match the paint to this.

Her attitude and customer service skills are a credit to both her and your company and I hope you will pass on my thanks for the work she put into sorting out the query.

SEHBAC have been a pleasure to work with from when we first used you until now. We also recommended you to our friends who had their whole house fitted (A town house in Chelmsford), who in turn remarked on the customer service and good quality.
