SEH BAC traces its heritage to SEH, established in 1971, and merged with BAC Windows (founded 1966) in 2007 to form SEH BAC. The business sits within One Group Construction, a parent group that also includes sister brand Fineline Windows covering Kent and the South East. Combined group experience spans more than 50 years in the UK home improvements sector.


SEH BAC serves customers across Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and adjoining counties including Kent and Surrey, with a service area that extends out from the seven showrooms. The business employs its own surveyors, builders and installers, working to documented code-of-practice standards and handling projects from single window replacements through to full house extensions and roof replacements.


Products span uPVC and aluminium windows in casement, bay, heritage, sash, tilt-and-turn, conservation and bespoke designs; composite, uPVC and aluminium doors including bi-fold and sliding patio styles; conservatories, orangeries and modern flat-roof extensions with glass, tiled, solid and lantern roof options; plus Guardian solid-roof replacements, verandas, garage doors and roofline/cladding. Energy ratings up to A+ and Secure by Design certification are standard across most ranges.


SEH BAC is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a credit broker and offers flexible finance including up to 5 years at 0% APR, buy-now-pay-nothing-for-12-months plans and longer terms at 9.9-10.9% APR. Every product is backed by a 10-year guarantee.
