Get in contact

We make it easy for homeowners to get in touch with us. You can use our contact form, give us a call on 0800 666 444, or visit one of our double glazing show centres which are located around the South East of the UK. We can advise on whether planning permission is required, double glazing energy ratings and recommend materials based on your home’s current character.

Receive your free quote

Within 24 hours of you contacting us or us visiting your home to get exact dimensions and specifics for your new windows and/or door, we’ll provide you with a free no-obligation quote.

Place your order

We’ll verify the design of your products, including the glazing options, decorative features and security hardware. Once you have made your order and the details have been approved, our administration team will provide your contract to a surveyor. (2-3 days)

Order deposit is requested

If we have not yet received your order deposit, we will request this. (1-2 days from paperwork returned)

Arrange a surveyor visit

The surveyor will contact you to arrange a date that is convenient for both parties to come to your home and review the project scope and take accurate measurements. They’ll inform on whether planning permission is required, conservation area regulations and any other matters that need to be considered. (1-2 days)

Surveyor’s assessment is confirmed

You will be notified when the surveyor’s paperwork is returned back to our team for us to process. This will detail their evaluation of the window or door installation and the size of the project. (2 days if no queries, 1 week max if queries. Any protracted query delays, you will be informed)

Confirm an installation date

Our installation department will contact you to arrange a date for your window and/or door installation. (3-4 days unless there are delays)

Products ordered

After we’ve processed the surveyor’s paperwork and reviewed any regulations or notes they have made, your products will be ordered. Your file will then be handed over to our installation department. (4 days)

Your windows and doors will be manufactured

Your products will be produced based on your exact requests using cutting-edge techniques and industry-leading materials by professional and experienced fabricators.

Installation day

On the day, our skilled team will arrive at the agreed time to fit your new windows and/or doors. Their thorough training will ensure for minimal disruption and an efficient installation. They’ll explain the functionality of the locking and opening systems and share maintenance tips to keep your products looking brand new.

Remedial work addressed

In the unlikely event that any further work is needed for your new windows and/or doors due to unexpected difficulties, we will order any necessary parts and arrange a date for the follow-up work to be completed. (On receipt of parts or 1-2 days if no parts needed).

Installation complete

We will contact you via email to confirm that your new windows and/or doors have been installed and the project is finished. If at any stage, we are aware of a sales query, sales undercharge or technical query we would contact you before continuing further. Your contract would be suspended until the issue is resolved. You would be kept fully informed during this process.
