How to stop marketing communications

You can ask us to stop contacting you for marketing at any time.

To opt out of all SEHBAC marketing communications, please contact us by:

• Emailing us at [email protected]
• Writing to us at SEHBAC, 1 Olympus Close, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 5LJ

Please include your name, address, email address and telephone number where possible, so we can find your details and update your preferences correctly.

You can choose to opt out of one or more of the following:

• Email marketing
• SMS/text marketing
• Telephone marketing
• Postal marketing
• All marketing contact

You can also opt out of the following channels directly by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in one of our marketing emails
• Reply STOP to one of our marketing text messages. where available

Clicking unsubscribe in an email, or replying STOP to a text message, will normally stop marketing through that specific channel. If you would like us to stop all marketing contact, including email, text, phone and post, please contact us using any of the methods above.

What happens next

Once we receive your request, we will update our records so that you no longer receive marketing communications from SEHBAC.

Please be aware that it can take a short time for this to take effect across all of our systems, so you may receive a communication that was already in progress before your request was processed.

Important service messages

Even if you choose not to receive marketing, we may still need to contact you about an existing enquiry, appointment, quotation, order, installation, guarantee, finance matter or aftercare issue.

These messages are not marketing. They are part of providing our service to you.

Your right to object to direct marketing

You have the right to object to your personal information being used for direct marketing at any time.

If you ask us to stop using your details for direct marketing, we will update our records so that you no longer receive marketing communications from SEHBAC.
