Everyone at SEH BAC would like to congratulate Steff Baker on completing the prestigious Blenheim Palace Triathlon on Saturday 6th June.
Competing in the Sprint distance event, Steff took on a 750-metre open-water swim, a 19.8-kilometre cycle and a 5.4-kilometre run around the stunning grounds of Blenheim Palace, one of the UK’s most iconic sporting venues.
The event is regarded as one of the country’s premier triathlons, attracting thousands of competitors each year. Set within the grounds of the historic Blenheim Palace, the course combines beautiful scenery with a challenging route that tests both physical and mental endurance.
Taking on One of the UK’s Most Iconic Triathlons

Taking on a triathlon is no small feat. Balancing training around work, family and everyday commitments requires significant discipline and determination, making the achievement all the more noteworthy.
After months of training and preparation, Steff successfully completed the course in an excellent time of 2 hours and 15 minutes. Crossing the finish line with a smile, she demonstrated the same dedication, commitment and perseverance that those who work alongside her see every day.
What makes Steff’s achievement even more impressive is that competitors faced difficult weather conditions throughout the day. Heavy rain greeted participants from the start, creating challenging conditions for the swim, cycle and run stages. Despite the weather, Steff remained focused and determined to reach the finish line.

Congratulations from Everyone at SEH BAC and FineLine
Congratulations, Steff, from everyone across SEH BAC and FineLine. We hope you take a moment to enjoy this well-earned achievement and wish you every success in your next challenge.
At SEH BAC, we are proud to celebrate the successes of our team both inside and outside the workplace. Steff’s accomplishment is a fantastic example of setting a personal goal, embracing a challenge and seeing it through to the end and we know her Dad would be so proud.
Well done Steff!
