We’re proud to be the recipient of many awards over the years which show why you should choose SEH BAC for your next home improvement. These demonstrate our commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service and outstanding home improvement products. It’s an honour to be recognised for the hard work we always put in to every project. Here’s a rundown of our recent awards including Installer of the Year:
We were honoured to win the coveted National Home Improvement Council Award for Consumer Confidence; a real testament to our dedication to consistently deliver unparalleled levels of service and care to each customer that we serve across the South East.
Exclusively sponsored by TrustMark, as Consumer Confidence NHIC award winners, we also gained the opportunity to feature in the development of a new quality mark being developed for the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement, energy efficiency and retrofit scheme areas between 2019-2020.
These prestigious awards recognise the best in the glazing industry and we beat off competition from over 13,000 installers across the country. This year we were lucky enough to win Promotional Campaign of the Year. This recognised the offers, events and marketing we carried out.
Even more exciting was our win for Installer of the Year. This coveted award recognises an installer who has grown over the last year and has set a precedent that other companies should follow. This sets us apart from the rest as the best national installer of windows, doors and conservatories across the UK. We were incredibly proud to win these awards and will continue to do our best next year.
The Master Window and Conservatory Installers Association gave us this award earlier this year. The MWCIA helps homeowners find the best window and conservatory companies in the UK. Our ethical trading processes along with our high standards of customer service, support and products helped us with this award.
The National Home Improvement Council is a consumer protection body that supports exceptional quality and safety in home improvements. They awarded us with the Community Benefit award for our work transforming West Cliff Theatre in Clacton-on-Sea. Helping the local community is extremely important to us so it’s humbling to be recognised for this.
FENSA: This is the longest established Competent Person Scheme that enables companies to self-certify compliance of Building Regulations meaning your home improvements often won’t need separate approval from your Local Authority.
GGF: The Glass and Glazing Federation ensures best practice by glazing companies and sets health & safety and technical standards. It also protects homeowners when they make a purchase.
TrustMark: TrustMark is a government endorsed scheme that checks tradespeople with an aim of raising industry standards. Only companies with good trading practices, customer service and technical competence are accredited.
Secured By Design: This is an initiative started by the police to ensure high levels of security in windows and doors. It’s available in many of our products including our composite doors, timber and uPVC windows.
